Crowd Conservation seeks to support emerging leaders in conservation through collaboration, mentoring, and professional development.

We believe mentorship is an effective way to support both emerging leaders and conservation professionals throughout their careers, as these experiences can lead to increased confidence, community-building, professional competency and, ultimately, durable impacts in conservation.
What is the Mentorship Toolkit for Conservation Professionals?
We are proud to partner with the Western Collaborative Conservation Network (WCCN) to create the Mentorship Toolkit, a digital toolkit with resources for individuals and organizations looking to harness the power of mentorship for its many benefits. While mentorship practices are well established in some sectors, including higher education, tech and banking, our research has identified a gap in available resources specific to the needs and complexities of natural resources and conservation.
This is a work-in-progress – We’d love your feedback!
Your opinion matters! After you’ve had a chance to look over the toolkit, please complete this short survey to let us know what you think – what worked well for you, and what is missing?
Thank you for providing your thoughts on this free toolkit, we hope it can help you build stronger networks, develop your professional skills, and improve outcomes for our communities across the globe.
